Interested in becoming a certified Conservation Landscape property?

Follow the steps below to get started.

Complete the Checklist

Download and complete the checklist of five Core Criteria, which evaluates the conservation practices already in place on your property.

Submit Your Checklist

Upload your completed checklist using the form. Once received, our Natural Resources Program Manager will follow up to schedule a site visit and review your conservation efforts with you.

After your visit, you’ll receive a follow-up report with suggestions and ideas to help you continue making progress.

There is no pass or fail — this program is designed to support your progress and provide helpful guidance along the way.

If you are not yet able to complete all five Core Criteria, you can still participate as an Aspiring Conservationist. A site visit can help you overcome challenges and identify next steps.
