NOTICE: Billing System Update

BRWD Billing System Update Scheduled for June 1

Over the last several months, the Boothbay Region Water District has been working diligently to prepare to move to a new billing system that will allow us to more efficiently and better serve our customers.

Last updated: May 10, 2024

We are currently working with our vendors to narrow down how payments will be processed, including autopay. All payments due in May will be processed normally. Once we have the new process finalized, we will reach out with new steps for making a payment in June and moving forward. This page will be dedicated to providing you with the most up-to-date information on our billing system update. Thanks for everyone’s understanding as we work through this billing conversion.

The new Boothbay Region Water District billing portal has these modern features:

  • Robust customer portal
  • Usage and payment history
  • Online payment options
  • Autopay
  • Enhanced communication
  • Text & email alert options
  • Updated security

Easy Utility Billing Software from:

Muni-Link

“Our new software Muni-Link offers a user-friendly Customer Portal that allows you to manage your water utility account. You’ll have access to view your account and consumption history, make bill payments electronically, and sign up for features like eBilling and AutoPay. Beyond these standard features, the new portal will also send reminder notifications for payment so you can stay on top of your bill due dates.”

The new system is scheduled to
go live on June 1st

Please note: Water bills may look slightly different starting 07-01-2024.
